ILT is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the 2025 Great Pub Cash Giveaway, with one lucky winner taking home the grand prize of $5,000 on Sunday afternoon. Kevin Crowe (Kro) was drawn at Eastern Suburbs, his local tavern.
Kevin was overjoyed by the win.
“This is unbelievable — I never thought I’d be the one walking away with the big prize,” said Mr Crowe.
The popular promotion, which ran from 4 July to 28 September, saw a total of $12,000 in prizes awarded. Alongside the $5,000 grand prize, seven weekly winners each walked away with $1,000 from draws at ILT’s neighbourhood taverns.
“We were delighted to see such an enthusiastic response to the promotion again this year,” said Chris Ramsay, ILT Chief Executive.
“We enjoyed a great atmosphere at all draws, and the grand prize draw was no different,” Ramsay added. “It’s fantastic to see people come together in their local taverns and share in the excitement.”
The mood was upbeat as the grand prize was announced simultaneously across all participating venues at 4pm on Sunday.
This promotion was designed to reward ILT’s regulars, and feedback from participants has been positive.
“We launched this initiative to support our patrons during these challenging times, it was a bit of fun and a chance to win big,” Ramsay added.
ILT has now run the Great Pub Cash Giveaway for two years, cementing its place in the organisation’s event calendar.
“We look forward to continuing initiatives like this,” Ramsay said.
