ILT Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across 23 businesses

ILT proudly celebrated its annual ILT Excellence Awards last week, recognising the dedication and achievements of teams across its diverse portfolio of 23 businesses and 37 brands.

The Supreme Award was presented to The Langlands, an accolade selected by ILT’s Executive Team from among all category winners. This honour recognises The Langlands’ exceptional achievement across a number of key metrics.

ILT Chief Executive Chris Ramsay said the awards are an opportunity to acknowledge the professionalism and dedication that underpin ILT’s ongoing success.

“Our businesses continue to set high standards, not just in performance, but in the way we support each other and our community. Congratulations to The Langlands and all our winners.”

Other 2025 category winners were Brew’d, Waikiwi Tavern, Cable Court, Northern Tavern, South City Liquorland, Centrepoint Liquorland, The Langlands, and Balmoral Lodge Motel.

The wild west themed event brought together the board and staff from across the organisation to acknowledge success in areas such as digital marketing, business performance, customer experience, and contribution to ILT initiatives.

ILT President Paddy O’Brien said the board is immensely proud of the outstanding efforts demonstrated by the ILT family during the past year.

“The dedication of our people helps us deliver real benefits to our community. This year’s strong business performance enabled us to contribute over $3.4 million, and nearly $9 million in donations as a group. This is an extraordinary achievement, especially in today’s challenging economic environment.”

Mr Ramsay added that the awards serve as a testament to the collective achievements of ILT managers and their teams.

“These awards highlight our commitment to recognising our people and the values that drive our success. It was a chance to reflect on our achievements and look ahead to another year of growth and innovation.”

ILT remains committed to delivering positive outcomes for both our people and the wider Invercargill community.
