ILT Excellence Awards recognise consistent performance across the group

ILT proudly celebrated its annual ILT Excellence Awards last week, recognising the dedication and achievements of teams across its diverse portfolio of 23 businesses and 37 brands.

The Supreme Award was presented to The Langlands, an accolade selected by ILT’s executive team from among all category winners. This honour recognises The Langlands’ exceptional achievement across a number of key metrics.

ILT Chief Executive Chris Ramsay said the awards are an opportunity to acknowledge the professionalism and commitment that underpin ILT’s ongoing success.

“This year’s awards reflect the consistency, capability and commitment of our teams across the group. Congratulations to The Langlands and all our category winners on their outstanding achievements.”

Other 2026 category highlights included wins for Ascot Park Hotel, Newfield, Ashford Motor Lodge, Speight’s Ale House and Collingwood Super Liquor, reflecting strong performance across accommodation, hospitality, digital marketing and business growth.

With a Highland theme setting the tone, the board and staff from across the organisation came together to celebrate success in digital marketing, business performance, customer experience, and contribution to ILT initiatives.

ILT President Paddy O’Brien said the board is immensely proud of the outstanding efforts demonstrated by the ILT family during the past year.

“The dedication of our people delivers strong results and real benefits for our community. This year, the board recognised that collective effort with a one-off staff bonus and close to $8.4 million returned to the community,” he says.

Mr Ramsay said the awards reflect the collective achievements of ILT managers and their teams across a broad and complex business portfolio.

“These awards highlight our commitment to recognising our people and the values that drive our success. They are also a reminder of the capability, consistency and innovation across our businesses as we continue to grow and evolve.”

ILT remains committed to delivering positive outcomes for both our people and the wider Invercargill community.
