ILT has excellent function facilities available, whether you are hosting a small meeting for five people or an event for 800.

All ILT’s function venues are complimented by on-site catering facilities, AV and sound equipment and accommodation options.

With several function venues to choose from, we can tailor your conference or event to suit any style or budget. Our facilities are ideal for wedding ceremonies and receptions, reunions, birthdays, conferences, meetings and interviews.

If hosting your own event, we can provide catering and liquor supplies for your function. Please also check out the liquor outlets section.

Ascot Park Hotel

We boast eight dedicated function rooms, catering from small meetings for five people up to an event for 700. Conference delegates and corporate guests find Ascot Park Hotel more than meets their needs with a business centre, free WiFi in all rooms and of course, our comprehensive conference centre facilities.

The Langlands Hotel

The Langlands Hotel is Invercargill’s most exceptional accommodation experience. Recently opened in 2022, this seven-storey, 78-room, 4½-star hotel combines sophisticated accommodation, chic bars and fantastic eateries. 

The Langlands Hotel is an ideal place for small to medium sized group meetings, providing relaxed surroundings with style and flexibility.

One large meeting space can cater up to 100 pax, or split into 2 for smaller sessions.

Kelvin Hotel

Our air-conditioned purpose-built conference rooms are well equipped to cater for your next meeting, dinner, conference or family get-together in comfort and style. Our five versatile function spaces provide a tasteful, relaxed ambience and can be configured for interviews, training seminars, boardroom meetings, banquet settings, and almost anything in-between.

Designed to cater for small to medium groups, from 3 to 160 theatre style, or up to 140 banquet style, no set-up is too big, too small or too difficult.
