ILT operates many businesses in the hospitality industry in Invercargill, including hotels, motels, restaurants, bars and retail liquor outlets, and also one motel in Dunedin and another motel in Christchurch.

Our mandate is to provide quality accommodation, food, beverage and entertainment facilities for the residents of, and visitors to, Invercargill.

Through our success and profitability, we ensure ongoing benefits for the people of Invercargill by returning a share of our profits to our community.

With several function venues to choose from, we can tailor your conference or event to suit any style or budget. Our facilities are suitable for wedding ceremonies and receptions, 21sts, business conferences and many other functions.

ILT has ten restaurants to meet your appetite: from the legendary meals and atmosphere offered by Kiwi icon The Lone Star Café and Bar, to award-winning a la carte dining at Emberz at Ascot.

ILT operates 14 great drinking establishments throughout the city and greater Invercargill.

These include friendly suburban “locals” such as the Clifton Inn, Eastern Suburbs and Newfield Taverns, and The Northern Tavern, the best country pub in town!

ILT owns and operates six stand alone liquor outlets in the Invercargill area, including two Liquorlands, two Superliquors and two independent stores.  In addition, there are convenience bottle stores attached to eight suburban taverns.

Centrepoint Liquorland and Collingwood Superliquor provide free delivery and all of the six major liquor outlets are able to assist with party supplies (kegs, glassware, jugs, etc), as well as access to chilled trailers.
